AHX

AHX, short for Abyss' Highest eXperience is a protracker-like music editor for the Commodore Amiga designed especially to create C64-like synthetic tunes. The first version was released in 1996. It was previously known as THX but the name was changed to prevent a lawsuit from Lucasfilms. It was written by Dexter, Pink and Bartman, members of the demo group Abyss. The latest version was released 26h of November 1998. There are no support for samples to keep the filesize down - a typical uncompressed AHX file is about 4KB.
